Our Founder

Arita is the Chief Executive Officer of Nicholas Earth Printing and has held that position since she founded the company in 2003.  Her philosophy is to “build Nicholas Earth as a solutions company.”  Arita said, “We achieve that objective by hiring the most experienced people and empowering them to execute.”

My General Manager, Don Triola, has worked for only two other major print companies in his 30 plus years of experience.  He’s highly respected in the printing industry.

My Chief Pressman, Mario Mitchell, is respected as being among “the best of the best pressmen.”  Other companies often consult him on solution techniques.

Combined, the Nicholas Earth team has more than 150 years of experience in the printing industry.

We also make a conscious effort to seek to do business with other minority owned companies.

Our company is blessed and we share those blessings with our community. Nicholas Earth is a supporter of the Greater Houston Partnership, Lakewood Church ministries, the Boy Scouts of America, Talents Bilingue de Houston (non profit Latin cultural arts center) and Houston Achievement Place, a support organization for abused children.
